Gender Inequality, infrastructure, Climate Change Reflection
After six days of presentations, I feel like the second round of presentations have improved from the last ones. The groups were more organized and the information that was presented was without a doubt more in-depth. Almost all the groups had more than 20 slides with their own story and explanation behind it. Information and facts that most of us didn’t know were explain flawlessly. As we all presented our own topics everyone did an amazing job even though we weren’t giving a lot of time we all came together and did an amazing job once again.
The next presentation that came in was climate change. I feel like this topic is super serious in today’s world. Many changes are happening all around the world, one of them being climate change. Climate change has been affecting our world and ecosystems for years now. I thought I knew a lot about climate change since it’s a topic I am genuinely interested in, but this group really had a lot of information that I wasn’t aware of. They gave us a lot of relevant and informative information about this topic. They went into details about pollution and the many ways pollution affects the environment and the living beings within them (animals, plant life, and people). They informed us about air pollution, water pollution and land pollution. They also talked about how these different kinds of pollutions can affect our health in the long term. Pollution can lead to cancer that can eventually lead to death. Another important piece of information this group discussed was global warming. Global warming is something that we didn’t pay attention to till more recent years. They gave us very detailed information with Ted Talks they put in and, they had a good interview that gave us a different perspective. After listening to this group’s presentation, I feel like I know way more about climate change and how it is affecting us currently.
Very good post! Nice writing. I also can't wait until the Persuasion! So excited!
